Idea of the book Mortal engines

This book is based on towns eating each other and that means big towns taking over small towns. This was a long time ago it also tells you a story about it. This story is about a boy and a girl seeking to go to London and killing someone called Mr. Valentine. It also tells you how her parents died from the evil Mr. Valentine. Her parents died because Valentine wanted some old tech that her parents found and they refused to give it to him. So the children set of to London but the only thing stopping them is that they have nothing to travel with. So they meet someone who is a mayor of a small town he was called Mr. Wreyland. He told them he could sell them as slaves. He also told them they could be sold to a kind person who could take them to London. They meet another woman that offered them to fly to London but Wreyland doesn't give up so easily and sent his men to get back the kids. But they fight the men and beat them so the men go away. The two kids go with the woman on her airship that is going to London and they set off and go their but the story doesn't end happily when the boy and the girl don't see each other again.

The three little boys

Once upon a time there were three little kids who where walking in the streets and suddenly an assassin came and scared them away with a Swiss knife they where terrified and they ran. They went back home they felt so cold as if they had just came out of the Arctic Ocean. Their parents where worried about them they didn't know what to do they then asked them what the assassin looked like. This assassin was no normal guy he was filled with hatred and kill. His heart was pure evil and nothing could stop him from killing his target. The boys where terrified to go out of the house then one day they went out to by something and they saw him they where shaking as if they saw a monster they found out something they didn't know this assassin was no ordinary assassin he was a vampire not a normal one but a fierce blood sucking vampire and they ran away. They where called Jack and Kim. The assassin knew that they where looking at him but he waited wisely for the right time to attack. So the next day they went to their grandfather about what happened he was a martial arts specialist. So when he found out about what was happening he had to tell them what was happening but he didn't want to tell them, but he had to tell them he told them that they three where born with a special gift. They where suspicious so he told them that they had super powers they thought it was a joke but it was reality and they had to face it, because they where mutants so they asked him how come do we have powers when we can't feel it. So he told them that they had to give their body enough energy called bodaki ''an energy for the soul could only be produced when you’re angry’’ so they listen to their grandfather and went back home. It was a cold night the wind was strong and no one from the boys slept they where all looking for paths that couldn't be found so they slept. The next day they went to their grandfather and asked him what is the bodaki he told them that it is training for the soul and the first step is to drink hot tea and relax them selves so they did that. Then they asked him who was the assassin that they actually saw when they where walking he told them that he is called the eastern beast he was a mighty fighter once and used to fight for justice. But unfortunately he was cursed by the dark wizard and is under his control. This beast is very strong he is also immune to the disease, which is called beast flu it is very painful, but it does not kill. His real name is Tom but he is not a human he is from Candracar the land of Gandars this is the land of beasts but he is now expelled from his country after he was cursed with dark magic. Everybody is now afraid from him because the curse gave him strong powers now he is planning to attack you for the gift you have got now I should teach he how to defend yourself so he does not kill you and take over the world. His name was always the assassin nobody knew his real name, well I suppose we shall get starting and they started their training their next step was the speed he wanted to know what was their speed in hitting something. So he taught them the technique called hing hu but this technique takes months to master it. So they asked him are guns effective on the beast he told them that it causes him damage. So they went to the gun shop and they bought some shotguns each costing $1379 they also bought spear goggles costing $94.00. They bought Extreme Lite Carry a very precise Swiss knife, which costs $129.95. They set of in a cold night looking for the assassin and they didn't realize that the assassin is the one who is looking for them. So they found each other and it was freezing that night the wind was blowing suddenly they found him and then he disappeared so the kids went home and slept, they dreamed of them beating the assassin and bring back peace. So they both had the same dream as each other. It all started at California on a cool day it was 23rd of October 2010 and the kids went out and bought armors, rifles, shotguns, snipers and pistols they also bought accessories for the guns. So they head of North and start their Journey in Candracar the land of Gandars they went and found lots of beasts and asked them where was the assassin they told them he is in Gultor the land of Zandar. So the beasts told them that they had to cross the mountain of death, the dark forest and the emerging walls. The beasts told them that no one has come out of their before except the assassin so they told them that they needed an army of beasts to set for Zoltar and his army of vicious creatures. So thousands of beasts agreed and they headed for Zoltar. So the first thing they passed was the mountain of death this mountain was clocked from every side by guards so they had to do it the nasty way. They went in with the guns and kept firing at all the guards and they killed them all. Then they found a dragon called Halming it blocked their way but not for long, they got out their laser guns and fired at him but the dragon didn't die so that was time for them to unleash their ultimate power. So Jack and Kim unleashed their budokai power and the dragon was demolished and cut into pieces. Next they went into the dark forest and had to fight against the bigogan warriors so Kim unleashed his firepower and killed some of them. The warriors where humongous, fat, fierce and they where cold blooded. So Jack took out the Swiss knife and stabbed the creatures when the blood was dripping on him. The last thing was crossing the emerging walls then suddenly stopped by the Assassin they told him to fight them to end this. Suddenly they where waken up by there parents. They realized that all of this is a dream and their grandfather told them that it was a joke and he was the assassin and then they got angry. So they went out this day and found a mysterious guy and then went to play, he was the real assassin.

How can we protect ourselves from bird flu
Do not touch a sick or a dead bird.
Announce sick or dead poultry to the nearby agriculture officer or animal health worker.
Always wash hands vigorously with soap and water after coming in contacts with birds or places birds have been.
Avoid markets where poultry is sold if you hear of an outbreak of bird flu nearby.
Cook chicken meat and eggs thoroughly.
Avoid all surfaces that may have been contaminated until they have been cleaned and disinfected.
Beware don't risk your life!!!!!!!

Input and Output Devices for TBS Company

Introduction
This presentation is about input and output devices needed for the game project.

INPUT DEVICES

Scanners
A scanner is an input device that is used for copying anything you put on it and viewing it on the computer I need a scanner for scanning any pictures or any text or any ideas I have to send them to the tbs company.

Keyboards
A keyboard is a device that is used to type the information into the computer I will need one so I can write the ideas that I have in my head into the computer.

Mice
A mouse is an input device that makes you chose anything you want to see or know you have to use it obviously without it you can’t do anything on the computer I will need one so I can see anything I want or click on anything.

Web cam
A web cam is an input device and I will need one for talking with the company and it will give more potential for the gamer with providing live gaming.

OUTPUT DEVICES

Screen
A screen is an output device it is used to display everything I want to see on the computer I need the screen to preview my ideas and to see the game in front of me.

Computer speakers
Computer speakers are output devices which are used to produce any sound you choose on the computer I will need speakers so I could listen to the music in the game to add more action to the game.

The Nile River

The river Nile is in Egypt and it ends in a large delta that empties intoThe Mediterranean Sea. The River Nile flows through Ethiopia, Sudan, Egypt, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea and Kenya. These are the countries that the Nile flows through the cities are Jinja , Juba , Khartoum and Cairo the length of the Nile is 6650km 4132miles.This is an ancient map of the Nile.
The types of fish that are in the Nile are striped mullet, soles, tiger fish, lungfish, catfish, mudfish and eels, crocodiles, turtles, baboons, wildebeest, and more than 300 species of birds, including fishing eagles, ibis, and the Nile Valley Sunbird. The Aswan dam is a very big dam that stops the Nile from flooding its length is 3830m and its height is 111m and its width at base is 980m base and it has 12 turbines. It is 40m wide at the crest it contains 43 million cubic meters of material at maximum 11000 cubic meters of water could pass through the dam each second. The constructor of the dam who is Nasser has a man made lake called lake Nasser. June 1956: Soviets offer Nasser $1,120,000,000 at 2% interest for the construction of the dam.

When the flood starts to go down, farmers become busy plowing and planting their fields almost everyone works to plant crops so that their will be enough food for the rest of the year this is in the planting season.


In the dry season when the flood starts to go down there is little water except what flows through the Nile. The Egyptians store as much water as they can in Wells, Basins and ditches. This water is saved for crops, animals and human use. All of the fields become dry as the water for irrigation is used up.

Egypt gets little rain. But every year at the same time, floodwater swells the Nile River. It covers the fields and fills the wells and Basins with water. The flood also brings fresh, good soil to grow crops in. Where does the water come from? It comes from mountains south of the Nile. Rainfall and melting snow flow downhill, into smaller rivers that feed the Nile River.

Some people say that Egypt is the “gift of the Nile.” Without the Nile, no one could survive in the desert. The Nile River gave life to wild animals also. There where many fish in the Nile and people could catch all the fish they wanted. Fishing was often done by dragging a net between two boats.

The Nile floods every year, bringing good dirt to the sandy ground. Farms were put very close to the river so that it was easier to water them. Feluccas on the Nile are very common for moving goods and for transportation from one town to another. Egypt didn’t need good roads; the Nile was a perfect highway.

As the Nile River gets to its end at the Mediterranean Sea, it divides into about 7 smaller rivers, called tributaries. This area is called the delta, (a deposit of sand at the mouth of a river or inlet). It is a place where papyrus grows wild. There are also many birds and other wild animals that live where there is a lot of water. Stones where transported in boats on the Nile.

Feluccas are wooden traditional sailing boats they could transport goods or used for sightseeing or tours on the Nile. There are also other boats on the Nile Granite stones from Aswan had to be ferried down the river on large barges Ships transporting limestone from Tura had to cross the Nile and then cover about 13-17km on channels until they reached the harbor of Giza.

Unlike Ancient Egyptian ways there are much new transportation with lots of different types of boats but except one boat that is still the same which is the felucca and the new types are motorboats, cruisers, canoes, Dhows and kayaks. In Ancient Egypt they used to measure the height of the water when there is a flood with a nilometer. There is also the goddess of the Nile, which is called Anuket.

In Egypt nowadays we still use the Nile for lots of things like the poor people that can’t afford to pay for tap water use the Nile to have a shower wash there clothes and to drink from they also live on the banks of the Nile. But lots of these people unfortunately die because the Nile is polluted and is full of diseases and dead animals and people throwing rubbish in the river.

Now in Egypt we have a new law that says any body polluting the river has to pay a very big fine. The problem is that people don’t realize that this is the source of Egyptian life without it we can’t live it is the only source that provides us with water so they are polluting it and in they end they are polluting the water that they drink from to and that might cause diseases.

The River Nile is full of leeches and other deadly diseases and the fish in the Nile is poisonous and there are lots of types of snakes in the Nile this is also poisonous 2000 years ago the river was so clean people could drink from it normally and everything but now the Egyptians destroyed it from the stones and rubbish they throw into the rivers.
